What should I wear?
You should wear short shorts and a sports bra to be able to grip the pole. Please wear leggings or joggers and a tank top over your sports bra and shorts. Make sure to bring water because you will sweat.
How many hours a day should I dance?
You can dance as many hours as you would like. I try to teach in a way that not one area of the body is overused. Be sure to stretch before and after class to avoid stiffness/soreness. You may try Epsom Salts in the bath to ease any growing muscles. Try Zax Bruise Cream to rid Pole Kisses to be able to train/dance the same tricks if you like.
What happens if I can’t keep up?
You are welcome to take a break at anytime. Sit down, take a drink of water, wipe down your pole and get back up when you are ready. No one is judging you. We all learn at our own pace. If this is new for you, just remember you may not get it today but with persistence you will achieve all of your goals.
